I choose to look at the life processes of animals in depth because I find this topic very interesting. I have always had a love for animals and find it very important for students to understand who they share the world with. I believe it is essential for students to understand the basic needs of animals, as well as defining characteristics that help them adapt to their environments. Allowing students to explore the ways in which animals differ from one another and discovering why these differences are important is crucial to students’ understanding of the world around them. Understanding the life processes of animals will help students create a world that protects rather than hinders the well-being of animals. The first step to making the world a better place is understanding it.
